Accessibility and formats

Need this information another way, or hit a barrier on this site? Email us and we will provide the content in the format you need and fix the source.

Media and speaking

For comment, panels, or conference sessions on knowledge mobilization, evaluation, EDIA, or accessibility, write with your date and audience.

After you write

What happens next, and how long it takes.

  • Within 2 days

    A reply from a person

Not a ticket number. If your enquiry is outside what we do, we will say so and point you to someone who does it.

  • Week 1

    A 30-minute scoping call

Free, no obligation. We ask what decision is at stake, who needs to act on the result, and what you have already tried.

  • Week 1–2

    A written proposal

Scope, method, named team, deliverables, dates, and a fixed fee. If a smaller piece of work would answer your question, that is what you will be quoted.

  • On acceptance

    Start dates confirmed

Audits and short advisory pieces can usually start within two weeks. Custom training programs need four to eight weeks of design lead time.

Other ways to reach us

Partnerships and grant applications

If you are assembling a proposal and need a knowledge mobilization or training partner, write early — letters of support and work plans take time to do properly.

Community organizations

If cost is the obstacle, say so in your first message. Community rates and pro bono capacity are part of our mandate, not a favour.

Students and associates

Placements, practicums, and associate enquiries are welcome year-round. Send a short note about the work you do and the settings you know.

Where to start

Pick the door that fits, or just write — we will route it.

Request a proposal

Use the form with a short description of the problem and your timeline. You will get a scoping call first, then a written proposal with a fixed fee.

Book an accessibility audit

Tell us the site or application, roughly how many templates it uses, and whether you have a compliance deadline.

Arrange training

Say how many people, what they need to be able to do afterwards, and whether delivery is in person, online, or blended.

Most engagements begin with a 30-minute scoping call. Bring the problem, the timeline, and whatever evidence you already have — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner, and what a realistic scope looks like.

  • Fixed-fee scopes with deliverables agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Not-for-profit and community rates, plus pro bono capacity each year.
  • Bilingual delivery (English and French) and fully accessible materials.
  • Every engagement leaves behind tools your team can use without us.
